Wildlife & Nature Tours
Cape Town
This beautiful rugged "Fynbos" nature reserve boasts many hiking trails ranging from easy to extreme but the aim of this day tour is to introduce you to a few of the 100’s of species of Fora & Fauna found on the reserve. With a bit of luck we should spot some of the local bird species that currently includes a mating pair of Verreaux's Eagles, Cape Sugar Bird and Red Winged Starling. A visit to the Elephant’s Eye Cave (approximately a 10 km round trip) is both challenging and rewarding but is worth the effort. A picnic lunch can be enjoyed along the way at one of the stunning view points or in the tranquil picnic spot next to the Dam. Good shoes, suitable hiking attire and plenty of drinking water will be the order of the day to make sure your day in the great outdoors is enjoyed to the full.
